Financing Information

When purchasing real estate through our service buyers have multiple financing options.  Most of our clients prefer to make cash purchases, or have secured mortgage funding prior to finalizing a purchase.

However, for some clients obtaining a traditional mortgage for a US bank, or moving funds to the US in large amounts can be difficult.  For example, Chinese buyers may have trouble exchanging Yuan for USD due to annual restrictions on the amount of currency that they can take out of China.

In order to serve international clients in this situation we are able to offer our own loans at competitive rates that allow buyers to still complete a purchase and then paying back the outstanding loan over a period of several years as they are able to transfer more funds out of China.
