Ben Cavender has a deep knowledge of real estate finance and investment and is one of the founders of Gold Mountain.  Based in China for the past 13 years he has also lived in New York, California and the UK.  He heads a team of dedicated agents and partner agents focused on helping clients find the right investment properties to fit their needs.  His specialty is on helping foreign buyers enter the US market.  Because of his background in corporate consulting and investing he often advises his clients on questions beyond residential real estate including investment in commercial real estate businesses, technology startups, and investment funds.  Ben holds an MBA from Columbia University and an undergraduate degree from Cornell University.
